Troubleshooting Hockey Canada Registration Issues

If you are attempting to register for an organization using our Hockey Canada registration integration, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take if you run into an issue.

  1. Be sure that you are using a supported browser. TeamSnap works best on Google Chrome. Internet Explorer is not supported.
  2. Double-check that the correct birthday was entered for the participant being registered, as well as the province (must be two-letter abbreviation), and Hockey Canada Registration Number (double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after the ID number which can cause an error).

If you have completed the steps above and confirmed the information entered is accurate but are still having trouble, you can ask your organization to reach out to Hockey Canada directly to verify that your profile is enabled and in the correct Minor Hockey Association (MHA) for the integration.
