Export Availability

Team availability can be exported for teams on Premium or Ultra Plans. 

ATTENTION: Availability export reports are limited to 20,000 records. Records are determined by the # of rosters x # of games/events, including all statuses (blank, yes, no, maybe). Need to reduce your availability count? Delete unneeded games and/or events under the Schedule tab.
  1. Log in to TeamSnap on the web
  2. Enter your team site in the My Teams section of your TeamSnap Dashboard
  3. Click the Availability tab
  4. Click the Export button
  5. Click Download CSV

From there, you will get a CSV file that you can edit to your hearts delight.
