Q:

How do I activate the team store?

A:

Team stores may be set up through the Team Store tab for standalone teams of eligible sports only at this time. Teams as part of a club or league are not currently eligible to have this feature added.

Q:

Does my team receive profits from team store sales?

A:
Teams that use our team store have the opportunity to sell cool, customized apparel to team members. Stay tuned as we are working to bring additional apparel items and customization options, as well as fundraising capabilities in the coming months!

The team store is available for all independent teams for the following sports:

Why isn’t my size listed?

A:
Sizing options are currently limited as this is an early version of this feature. More sizing will be added in the future.

Q:

What is the estimated delivery time for items ordered?

A:
2 weeks

Why can’t you ship outside of the US?

A:
Current shipping options are limited - we are working on expanding in the future.

Q:

What is the cost of shipping?

A:
$5 flat-rate. If more than one order is submitted (different sizes, additional pieces, etc.), the shipping fee will need to be applied to each order since multiple-item orders are not yet supported.

Q:

Is there a max character count for the team name?

A:
Yes, there are two separate fields that team name can be entered. Each line has a max character count of 12, totaling 24 characters max.

Q:

Why can’t I select the same secondary font color as my primary font color?

A:
This is a default requirement for the design system to ensure quality.

Q:

Why isn’t my secondary font color appearing on the garment?

A:
The secondary color selection is currently in the data collection stages only and will not appear at this time. We’re collecting the data and will offer more variations later on.

What sizes are available?

A:
Small to 3XL, with more sizes coming soon

Is there a maximum on how many T-shirts can be ordered?

A:
Nope, buy as many as you’d like!

Can I change the design of the football or soccer ball?

A:
Currently it is not possible to change the design. More options coming soon!

Can I change the font of my team name?

A:
Not at this time, but more options coming soon!

How does a store go live?

A:
Team administrators need to approve their team name and colors first.

How do I hide a store?

A:
Team administrators can turn off the store under manager settings.

A:
For questions about payments made, refunds, cancellations, confirmations, orders, shipping, garment-specific questions regarding quality, material, colors, fonts, and fit, click the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of your store site or call (877) 254-0793.
