Export or Print a Team Schedule

Since TeamSnap was built with the idea of checking your schedule in real time from the TeamSnap app there's not currently a built-in print function within TeamSnap. If you would like to print a team schedule, there are a couple of ways to achieve this. You can export the schedule to a file or use the print function in your web browser. Below you'll find the step by step instructions for both options.

Export to a Spreadsheet File

  1. Login to TeamSnap from a web browser
  2. Go to the Schedule tab for your team
  3. Click Settings button

  4. Click Sync Calendar/Export
  5. Click Export Text File at the bottom of the page

Now you'll have a text file that you can format to your liking using the spreadsheet editing software of your choice where you can print it.

Print from Web Browser

  1. Login to TeamSnap from a web browser
  2. Go to the Schedule tab for your team
  3. Select the Schedule View of you choice - List View or Calendar View
  4. Select your View Preferences
    • If you'd only like games click on View Preferences and check the box for Games Only
  5. Select print from your web browser and either print directly or most programs have the option to download as a pdf.
