Track Event Availability

Players indicate their ability to attend each event or game you have on the schedule, letting you make lineups ahead of time, ensure you have enough players and make plans for the correct number of people at your events.

Players can add additional notes to their availability for each game or event so you know why they won't be available or why they may be late.  Coaches can also track attendance by viewing past availability for each player. Make your life easier!

How do team members set their availability?

Members can set their availability when logged into TeamSnap in a web browser or mobile app, or from event reminder emails. When logged into the app, they can find the option to mark availability under the Schedule tab.
