If you know your current password, you can change your password by following the steps below:
- Log on to your account through the browser version of TeamSnap (not the app)
- Go to Account in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Go to Account Settings
- Click the Edit button
- Enter your Current Password, then enter and confirm your New Password
- Save the setting.
If you do not know your current password, then you will need to reset your password by using this link: https://go.teamsnap.com/login/forgot_password
If you are not receiving your password reset email, then please contact email@example.com and we can help reset your password. Your account might be under a different email address, or there could be a typo in your username.
When using the Android or iOS apps, you will need to attempt to enter your username and password once, then if the username and password are incorrect, a popup will appear. Tap the Reset Password button to begin the reset password process. If you do not receive your password reset email, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help reset your password.
