Managing Your TeamSnap+ Subscription

A TeamSnap Plus mobile subscription disables banner and full-screen ads in the mobile app (does not apply to web). It does not upgrade or change the features in the plan selected for your team, and also does not alter ads displayed in the website version of TeamSnap. It simply enables you to enhance your own mobile experience when using the TeamSnap mobile app. Read on to learn about TeamSnap Plus and how to subscribe and manage it.

What is TeamSnap Plus?

A TeamSnap Plus subscription enables you to enhance your season and experience on the mobile app.  The TeamSnap mobile app is available to download for Android and iOS for free and provides all the features included in the subscription plan selected for your team(s). Plans and Pricing


There are three subscription options: 

  1. TeamSnap+ Ads-Free: 
  2. TeamSnap+ Parent (Content + Ad Free): For Players and Non-Player Roles
  3. TeamSnap+ Coach (Content + Ad Free): For Team Owner and Team Manager Roles

The plan options that appear in your mobile app depend on the sport selected for the team, the age of the team, and your role.  You can learn how to customize your team settings here.   When you purchase a subscription, your content will change based on the settings and your role on the team. 

Subscribe and View Your Subscriptions to TeamSnap Plus

All subscriptions are created and managed by the App Store on your device. 

  1. Tap the TeamSnap app icon on your device
  2. Tap your team name
  3. Android
    1. Tap sliding menu icon
    2. Tap Get TeamSnap Plus
    3. Tap Start Trial
    4. Tap Subscribe
  4. iOS
    1. Tap the person icon in the upper right corner.
    2. Click Subscriptions.
    3. Get TeamSnap Plus:

All subscriptions are created and managed by the App Store on your device. 


  1. Tap the TeamSnap app icon on your device
  2. Tap your team name
  3. Android
  4. Tap sliding menu icon
  5. Tap Get TeamSnap Plus
  6. Tap Start Trial
  7. Tap Subscribe

iOS

  1. Tap the person icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Click Subscriptions.
  3. A list of available subscriptions will be displayed. 
  4. Select your desired subscription Get TeamSnap Plus:
  5. Click “Subscribe Now” 
  6. You will be asked to verify payment through the App Store.

How to Access Your Coaching Content And Drills

Customers who have already upgraded will gain access to their content through the “Discover” Icon in the lower right corner of their screen on the TeamSnap mobile app.

How to Access All-Team Schedule: 

  1. Go to the Schedule icon on the bottom menu on your mobile app. 
  2. Click on your team at the top of the screen. A list of teams you are associated with will drop down. 
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and select “View All Teams”
  4. Your schedule will now show a chronological listing of all your active team events.

How to Change the Credit Card for your TeamSnap+ subscription

If they want to change their credit card details, they need to do that in the App Store by updating the credit card associated with their subscriptions

How to Cancel Your TeamSnap+ Subscription

If they want to Cancel, they can do that through the App Store or in their Account. If they cancel before the end of the free trial, they will not be charged.

  3. How to cancel your subscription in TeamSnap: 
    1. Go to Account Settings on the TeamSnap App on your mobile device
    2. Click on “Subscriptions” The subscription will appear as “Content + Ad-Free Monthly/Annual” or “Calendar + Ad Free Monthly/Annual”
    3. You’ll be shown the subscriptions you have
    4. Click on a subscription to manage it
    5. You’ll be taken to the app store where you can cancel your subscription 

NOTE: The subscription tab in the account settings menu will only show TeamSnap+ subscriptions. 

    1. Tap Manage
    2. Tap Cancel Subscription
