Emails you send using the team email address and/or the Messages tab/Email on TeamSnap can be viewed by going to your Messages tab> Emails> Sent email box.
If an email that you sent using the team email address is missing, and you are sure that you didn’t delete the email, then this is most likely due to the type of email that you sent.
What has most likely happened is TeamSnap was unable to pull a plain text version of your email to display in the Sent folder of the Messages tab. You see, when you send emails from your own email software (i.e., Outlook) using a team email address, TeamSnap sends them through our mail processor which tries to find a plain-text version of the email message. If it locates one, then we can save it to your Messages tab. If we can't find a plain-text version (normally because there are attachments, but not always), then we will not be able to save the message to your Messages tab. This is usually the cause of a missing message. Please try to find a copy of the message in your personal email software.
