- The Reset your TeamSnap Password email could be caught in your SPAM filter…so please check your SPAM folder.

- You may have used a different email address when originally setting up your TeamSnap account. Your Reset your TeamSnap Password email will be sent to the email address you used when setting up your TeamSnap account. Please try entering all of your email addresses in the Reset Password link, and check all email accounts that you might have used.
