You must choose a unique subdomain for your team to enable a team-wide email address. For instance, if your team was the “Panthers,” you might choose:
Although we hate to break it to you, but there are over 200 teams named “Panthers” in TeamSnap, so chances are that one’s already taken. Go ahead and click the “check availability” button to double-check ;-). No go? Try something a little more unique like panthersrockthefield.teamsnap.com.
Follow the simple steps below to enable your team subdomain:
- Go to the “Manager” tab
- Click on the “Public Access” button
- Choose your unique team subdomain (“check availability”)
