Let's face it, time zones are hard. One minute you're happily plugging along in Eastern Time, then BAM! suddenly you cross that line and you're in the Central Time Zone. Okay, that doesn't really happen, but if you did happen to select the wrong time zone for your team, you can update it easily.
To do so from your web-based team management software, do the following:
- Go to web application
- Go to Manager tab
- Go to Team Settings
- Click Edit
- Change Time Zone to the correct one
NOTE: If you live in Arizona or Saskatchewan, we have a time zone specifically for you, so that times will not change with Daylight Savings Time. Please select the time zone labeled Arizona or Saskatchewan, as appropriate.
You can also update via either of our mobile apps.
In the iOS app, tap on the name of the team you need to update, then tap Edit in the top right of the screen. Then choose the correct time zone from the Time Zone list.
In the Android app, go into the team you need to update, then tap on the Overflow menu in the top right corner. Tap Team Settings in the Manager portion of the menu and you will then be able to update the Team Time Zone.
