Disabling a player saves all his information but removes the member's ability to sign in to TeamSnap. A coach or manager might use this capability to prevent someone from signing in or messaging the team. Disabling a player breaks the link between the team and the username. The feature can also be used to help a user change the login associated with his player roster.
Please note that disabling a player does not disable their email address. So if you want to stop team emails to the player you will need to disable their email address as well. To disable an email address, go to the Roster tab, click on the Player Name, and Edit. Uncheck the Receive Team Emails box next to the email address, then click Save.
Once a player has been disabled, the coach or manager can invite the player to the team as if he were a new player.
