    I'm sorry you are having trouble with TeamSnap Plus!. I'm going to create a support ticket so that we can troubleshoot with you based on your account set up. Be on the lookout for our email!

    Just like Michelle. I purchased and upgraded to Team Snap Plus. On my iPhone for 30 days. And then will be paying 3.99 per month. And nothing has changed in TeamSnap. It is all the same. Please let me know why and help fix it. Thanks.

    I’ve purchased the $3.99 option as well and it didn’t activate. It tells me that I can now pay $9.99 a month. Can you please help?

    Hi Ines & Jolene,

    It sounds like there is some confusion about TeamSnap Plus! for individual users and TeamSnap paid plans for teams. I'd like to clarify. 


    TeamSnap Plus! gives individual users on iOS an ad free experience as well as the ability to view upcoming events for all teams on one screen. TeamSnap Plus! does not upgrade a team to allow additional features such as increased roster size, availability, media, etc.

    TeamSnap Plus! billing is directly through your Apple Account so if this is not what you are needing you'll need need to cancel directly through Apple as we do not have access to that information. 

    How to a TeamSnap Plus! subscription?

    • Go to Settings

    • Tap on your name at the top

    • Tap iTunes & App Store

    • Tap on your Apple ID

    • Tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID)

    • Scroll to the bottom

    • Tap Subscriptions

    • Scroll to the bottom

    • Tap Cancel Subscription
