    Hi Cynthia, 

    There are a couple of common scenarios that come to mind. Most often, this occurs when the email address of the user appears on the team roster multiple times. For example, if the email address is listed in 3 places, this will result in 3 separate emails being received for a single email sent from the team. If this has been ruled out as a possibility, it sometimes happens that the sender clicks on the send button multiple times for the same email, resulting in multiple emails being sent out.
