    Hi Drew, 

    Sorry you are having this trouble. Based on what you have described, it sounds like your wife's email address might be disabled on your daughter's roster profile. Let's have you check the roster profile by going to Roster tab using either your daughter's profile or your manager profile, click on your daughter's name, the click edit in the section of the profile where your wife's email address is listed. 

    If the box to receive team emails is unchecked, this means the email has been disabled and no team emails will be delivered. To enable the email address, check the box to receive team emails and save. Future emails will now be delivered to the email address.
