    Hi Kathy, 

    Sorry you are having some trouble viewing both of your teams.  The first place to start is with your team administrator/manager. Since TeamSnap works on an invitation basis, you'll need to make sure that you have been invited to the team with your existing email username. If the administrator is showing the invitation as pending, they can resend it to you. 

    If the administrator is showing the invitation as accepted but you do not see it under your account, it is likely that the invitation has not been sent to the email username you are logged in to TeamSnap with. In this situation, the team administrator/manager can add you as a family member contact and invite you to the team. Since you have an existing account with TeamSnap, once the invitation is sent, you should automatically be linked to the team.
