Can I add registration documents after registration is complete?

Documents cannot be uploaded to a specific registration once that registration has been completed. However, once the participant is rostered to a team they can upload documents under the Player links and Docs section of their roster profile. This section is displayed in when viewing a roster profile, not when editing.
