Mobile Device Requirements

Why do I need to update my apple device to iOS 16.3 or newer?
What You Need to Know:
Starting October 22nd, 2025, users running iOS 16.2 or earlier (including versions like iOS 16.0 and 16.1) may lose the ability to log into the TeamSnap app.
This is happening because older iOS versions lack critical security updates necessary to maintain a secure and reliable connection with modern app services, including TeamSnap. Without these updates, your device will be unable to complete the secure login process.
The Solution: Please Update Immediately
To ensure you can continue to log in and access your team information without interruption, you must update your device to iOS 16.3 or newer.
Updating your iOS device:
- Go to your device’s Settings app.
- Tap General.
- Tap Software Update.
- Follow the prompts to download and install the latest available version (16.3 or higher).
This small action protects your data and ensures your device can communicate securely with TeamSnap and other services.
