Edit participant information

Attention: This article is for organization administrators on TeamSnap for Business. Check your version at the bottom of your organization screen.

Organization staff can edit participant information from within a season.

  1. Navigate to the desired season.
  2. Click the Participants tab.
  3. Locate the desired participant.
    1. Tip: Use Search or Filter to refine the participant list.
  4. Click the 3-dot menu on the right side of the participant entry.
  5. Click Edit

  6. Optional: If the participant has multiple roster profiles, select the desired profile from the dropdown on the Edit Participant pop-up. 
    1. Click Edit on the pop-up to confirm.
  7. A new tab will open with the participant's member information.
  8. Click Edit on the member information screen.
    1. Optional: Click Edit Photo to change the profile picture.
    2. Optional: Click Edit in the Additional Contacts section to modify contact information.
  9. Update fields as needed.
  10. Click Save.
  11. Close the tab to return to the participant list tab.
  12. Click the X to close the pop-up.
