Participant payment statuses

The Participants tab displays information for all participants in an organization's season, including the form used to register and the payment status for the fees tied to the form. 

Attention: This article is for organization administrators on TeamSnap for Business. Check your version at the bottom of your organization screen.

Participant Registration Payment Status

  • Paid: balance of $0 or less including those who have completed an installment plan.
  • Unpaid: balance of more than $0 and not on an installment plan.
  • Scheduled: on an installment plan with one or more future scheduled payments.
  • Refunded: the most recent transaction was refunded and the current balance is more than $0.
  • Failed: the most recent transaction was failed or declined and the current balance is more than $0.
