Embedding a calendar on your site

If your organization has a calendar that you'd like embedded for general organization events and noteworthy dates that aren't scheduled through TeamSnap, you can opt to embed the calendar if the calendar provider has an embed code available.

  1. Log into your Website Builder site.
  2. Click the site name in the toolbar to go to the public view of your site.

  3. Navigate to the page where you would like to embed the calendar.
  4. Click Page Builder in the toolbar.

  5. Click the + (plus icon) in the top bar to open the content panel.

  6. Drag and drop the HTML module to the place on the page where you would like the calendar to be displayed.
    1. The HTML module is located under the Modules tab in the Basic section of the Standard Modules group.

  7. Open the calendar settings for the calendar you want to embed.
  8. Make sure your calendar is set to be available to the public.

    1. If you don't set the calendar to be publicly available, it will not display correctly on your site.
  9. Copy the embed code.

  10. Paste the embed code into the HTML module of your site.

  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Done in the top bar.
  13. Click Publish to make your changes visible on the public view of your site.
