Deleting an email in TeamSnap
Tip: Select the messages for deletion carefully! Messages cannot be retrieved once they have been deleted. To delete messages that are delivered to your personal email client, you’ll need to log into your email program to delete the copies there.
- Login to TeamSnap from a web browser or open the Android app.
- Enter your team or organization site.
- Navigate to the Messages tab.
- Web: Click the Emails sub-tab.
- Click the Inbox button to delete received messages or the Sent button to delete sent messages.
- Select the box next to the message that you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
- Android: Tap the message dropdown and select Emails.
- Tap to open the email message to delete.
- Tap the three-dot menu.
- Tap Delete.
- Tap Delete again to confirm.
