Claiming my store

The process to claim your team store powered by SquadLocker is very simple. Follow either of these steps to claim and customize your store:

Option 1:

  1. Visit your team store on any browser.
  2. Click the gray "Make This Store Special" popup in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Fill out the claim form.
  4. Create your account and start customizing!
Option 2:
  1. Visit your team store on any browser.
  2. Click the blue “Get Help” button in the lower right-hand portion of the screen.
  3. Send a chat letting the SquadLocker team know you want to claim your store.
  4. Once you have completed this process, SquadLocker will reach out to get you up and running on making your store even better for your team.

Customizing my store

Once claimed, you can start customizing and editing your store. Check out the SquadLocker Learning Center resources for guidance.

Promoting my store

When you have customized your store to your liking, it’s time to promote it! We have created marketing assets to make this easier for you. Simply drop your team logo onto these assets and share via email, social media, or on your website!

Closing my store

If you'd like to close your store permanently, please email stores@squadlocker.com and the team at SquadLocker will process your request.

Why did you create this store for me?

Our members have shared the need for custom, always-ready team gear, and our partnership with SquadLocker allows us to deliver high-quality team gear and custom stores just for you. We are super excited to be able to offer a way for you and your team to get custom team gear through our partnership with SquadLocker.

We already have a SquadLocker store created. Can we merge the two stores?

Of course! You can reach out to stores@squadlocker.com and merge the stores!

We don’t need this store, we have one with another organization. What do we need to do?

Glad to know you have a store already up and running! Please email stores@squadlocker.com, share the info for the Squadlocker store that was created for you, and they will close it.

How do I add more products to my store?

Adding more products to your store is super easy. Once you've built out your store, you'll see your store listed on your SquadLocker store dashboard. Click the Edit button next to your store name, and then click the Edit Products button. You should land in the Store Details subtab, where you can then click the Add More Gear button. From there, you can see what is currently added to your store and select any additional products you'd like to add. You can watch a video detailing the steps in the SquadLocker Learning Center.

Can I use the store to raise funds for my team?

You sure can! Fundraising is an awesome way to raise money for your team. Once you log into your team store powered by SquadLocker, you will be taken to your store dashboard. There you will see a fundraising button in the upper right that you can click to access the fundraising settings for your store. You can learn more in the SquadLocker Learning Center.

Can we order uniforms and other custom gear through this store?

Absolutely! You can customize your store as much as you'd like. If you are interested in uniforms, just email stores@squadlocker.com and they will assist you.
