Digital agreements for registration
TeamSnap for Business registration has a digital agreements section where organization administrators can add or create information that registrants will need to acknowledge in order to register.
PNG, JPG, and PDF files can be uploaded as attachments to the agreement that you can have registrants download to read and agree to if desired.
Digital agreements can be toggled off within registration forms. You can use this feature to temporarily suspend a digital agreement or provide users with an agreement-free registration option.
Registrants can acknowledge digital agreements with the one-click, initials, or full name option. For situations where a wet (handwritten) signature is required, we recommend creating a custom question with a file upload on your form with a link to the required document. Registrants should then be directed to download, sign, and either scan and upload the document in the form or to submit the physical signed document as needed.
