How to Set Up and Add Ninja Forms to Your Website
Contact forms are essential for engaging with your website visitors. Follow these simple steps to set up Ninja Forms and add them to your website.
Creating Your Ninja Form
- Access Ninja Forms
- Go to your Dashboard
- Find and click on Ninja Forms in the left-hand menu
- Click Add New to create a form or select an existing one to edit
- Configure Email Settings (Important!)
- When editing your form, update both the Email Confirmation and Email Notification settings
- Make sure to update the FROM email address to match your website's domain (e.g., "noreply@teamsnapsites.com")
- Why this matters: If the FROM email doesn't match your website URL, your form emails might be marked as spam
- Note: The email doesn't need to actually exist, but it needs to be configured correctly to ensure delivery
Adding Your Form to Your Website
- Open the Page for Editing
- Navigate to the page where you want to add the form
- Open the page editor (Beaver Builder or your current page builder)
- Click the blue + button to open the widget menu
- Add the Ninja Forms Widget
- Search for "Ninja Forms" in the module options
- Drag and drop the Ninja Forms widget onto your page
- In the widget settings, select your previously created form from the dropdown menu
- Publish Your Changes
- Make sure to click Publish or Update to save the page with your new form
Your form is now live and ready to receive submissions from your website visitors!
