TeamSnap ONE
TeamSnap ONE is a new app brought to you by TeamSnap's innovation lab. Currently available by invitation only, TeamSnap ONE is being rolled out to limited users. If you’ve received a notification from your sports organization or an email from TeamSnap inviting you to join, simply visit your device’s app store to download the new TeamSnap ONE app and get started.
If you ever encounter an issue, have a question, or need assistance with your TeamSnap ONE account, our support team is here to help! You have a couple of convenient ways to reach us.
Method 1: Email Our Support Team
- Email Address: You can send an email to help@teamsnapone.com.
- What to Include: To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your TeamSnap ONE account
- A detailed description of your issue or question
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
- The team or organization name you are associated with (if applicable)
Method 2: Contact Support Through the TeamSnap ONE App
- Log into the TeamSnap ONE app on your mobile device.
- Tap on your initials (or profile picture) located in the top right corner of the screen. This will open your personal menu.
- From the menu, tap on "Help & Support."
- Finally, select "Contact Support" from the options presented.
This will open a form where you can describe your issue, and it may automatically include some of your account details, helping our team respond more efficiently.
