Tournament Roster Deadline Has Passed

Tournament administrators have the ability to set a roster lock date on tournament events. If you received an invitation to register for a TeamSnap Tournament team and the lock date has passed, you will see an error message that says "Deadline has passed... It looks like you're trying to accept an invitation for a roster that was locked. If you feel this isn't the case, you may need to reach out to your team."

If you see this message when trying to accept the invitation, you will need to contact your coach or team manager so that they can work with the tournament director to find out if there are any provisions can be made to allow the roster to be updated after the lock date that they have set.
