Switching Profiles on a Team

If you have accepted invitations for multiple roster profiles on the same team you can enter your team from the TeamSnap Dashboard under one profile at a time. This means that you will need to switch between profiles to mark messages as read, set availability, etc for each profile. Team administrators (owners, managers) can update all player availability, so admins with multiple profiles on the same team do not need to switch to a player profile in order to update that player's availability.

Switching Between Profiles (web)

1. Log into TeamSnap.com 
2. Click on the profile member name below the team you would like to enter under
   1. From within the team site, you can either go back to the TeamSnap Dashboard to enter as a different profile OR
   2. Hover over Viewing as in the upper right of your screen
3. Select the roster name for the profile you'd like to switch to

Switching Between Profiles (mobile)

1. Tap on the team name at the top of the screen
2. iOS: Tap the roster name for the profile you'd like to switch to 
3. Android: Tap the name of the team you'd like to enter 
   1. Tap the roster name for the profile you'd like to switch to
