Merging Accounts

If you have created multiple accounts or accepted invitations with multiple emails, you can merge your TeamSnap account IDs so you can see all teams under one email address login. 

Attention: Do not attempt to merge email variations that are actually the same email address, such as firstlastname@email.com and first.lastname@email.com. Please contact our support team if you have multiple TeamSnap accounts set up under different versions of your email address like this.

Go to http://merge.teamsnap.com/ and follow the instructions provided in the window that opens. Once you have finished merging, close or refresh your browser or restart your device, then log in with the email username you chose to merge your accounts into. 

Warning: Do not merge identical email addresses. Merging an email address into itself will delete your account and disconnect you from your teams, which cannot be reversed.
