View Your Registration Team Assignment Status
Once a registration is started in TeamSnap the My Registrations section on the TeamSnap Dashboard will become activated for the user. This can be accessed by logging in to your TeamSnap account from a web browser. Once you've completed the registration process using online registration form for an organization, you will not see a team until an organization administrator has assigned you to a team. If your organization has set up auto-assignments, you may see your team immediately, but in some cases organizations wait until registration has been closed before confirming pending team assignments.
When you have been placed, you can log into your account used to complete registration and will automatically see the team on your My Teams Dashboard. If you do not see the team in your account, it safe to assume that the administrator has not assigned you to a team yet.
You can also double check your team assignment status under the My Registrations section of the TeamSnap Dashboard. Team names will be displayed as "unassigned" when team assignments have not been set. Once assigned the team name will be displayed.
If you feel that team assignments should have been published by your organization but don't see your team assigned yet, you'll need to connect with the organization administration directly to request an update and more information.
