Export or Print a Team Schedule
Since TeamSnap was built with the idea of checking your schedule in real time from the TeamSnap app there's not currently a built-in print function within TeamSnap. If you would like to print a team schedule, there are a couple of ways to achieve this. You can export the schedule to a file or use the print function in your web browser. Below you'll find the step by step instructions for both options.
Export to a Spreadsheet File
- Login to TeamSnap from a web browser
- Go to the Schedule tab for your team
Click Settings button
- Click Sync Calendar/Export
- Click Export Text File at the bottom of the page
Now you'll have a text file that you can format to your liking using the spreadsheet editing software of your choice where you can print it.
Print from Web Browser
- Login to TeamSnap from a web browser
- Go to the Schedule tab for your team
- Select the Schedule View of you choice - List View or Calendar View
- Select your View Preferences
- If you'd only like games click on View Preferences and check the box for Games Only
- Select print from your web browser and either print directly or most programs have the option to download as a pdf.
Print to PDF in Windows:
- Open a file in a Windows application.
- Choose File > Print.
- Choose Adobe PDF as the printer in the Print dialog box.
