Access Division Scheduler

Your Scheduler can be accessed at the top organization-level or at the division-level under any Schedule tab. In the same way that a game or event created manually under a division-level Schedule tab can only be created for teams in that division, games and events created using the division-level Scheduler can only be created for teams in that division as well.

Division-level Scheduler can not be used to create games or events for teams in a different division. This means that a division-level commissioner has access to Scheduler for their division, but not for other organization divisions or teams.

The schedules you can view and edit via Scheduler will differ depending on where you access Scheduler. If an organization commissioner sees Scheduler-controlled games that don't show up in the organization-level Scheduler edit options, those games may have been created using division-level Scheduler access, and can be found and edited by Scheduler at the division-level where they were created.

Note: If a game or event that is created by division-level Scheduler is assigned to organization-wide locations, it will still show up on the full organization schedule view. But it will still need to be edited using the division-level Scheduler.
