Send Game or Event Assignment Reminders

Once set up, assignments are included in the automatic reminder emails sent out 2 days prior to games and events. Team administrators (owners and managers) can send out additional reminders if desired. Reminders will be sent to the entire team, not to individual members.

Note: Assignment reminders can be sent from the web version of TeamSnap, and is currently not an available function in the mobile apps.  

Send Assignment Reminders 

  1. Click Assignments tab
  2. Click the Send Email button
  3. Select the desired game or event to send reminders for
  4. Optional: Add a note to the reminder
  5. Click Send Email
