Adding Tournament Venues

Before you can set up your tournament schedule in TeamSnap Tournaments you'll need to add venue(s). Once added, the venue will be available to select for all future tournaments created within your organization. When you run another event later in the year, the venues and sub-venues you created will be ready to use again. 

Add a Venue

  1. Click the Venues tab
  2. Click +Add Venues
  3. Enter venue details
    • It’s important to add the address for each venue, so that coaches, players, and fans can navigate to the correct venue from the mobile app.
    • If applicable, enter sub-venue details and click the Add button
    • Optional: Add a map, abbreviation(s), or a link for more information.
    • Optional: Enter organization-wide blackout dates to prevent scheduling on those dates.
    • Optional: Enter venue-specific blackout dates to prevent scheduling at that venue on those dates.
  4. Click Save & Close
