Subscribe to a Team Schedule
Users can subscribe to a team's full schedule of games and events to have them displayed in a calendar and automatically updated any time the schedule is changed. If you're a member of multiple teams within TeamSnap, you can also subscribe to your combined TeamSnap schedule.
Note: Subscribed calendars display up to 6 months of past games and events. Before subscribing to a team schedule that you have an existing subscription set up for, we recommend unsubscribing on your personal calendar.

If it has been over 24 hours and your calendar has not populated, please contact support.
Android mobile app
Subscribing to a calendar on your Android phone is a two-part process. Android phones are tightly integrated with Google, so to access a subscribed calendar on an Android phone, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar. Google does not provide a way to do this through the mobile app, so it must be done through the Google Calendar web interface by following the steps outlined in the Google Calendar section above. The second step is to go to the Calendar app that is synced to your Google account, to verify that Sync Calendars is selected in Settings by following the steps below:
You'll want to be sure that you use the same Google account that you have set up on your phone.
- On your Android device, open Google Calendar app or the native Android Calendar app on your phone
- Tap Menu icon in top left
- Scroll to bottom and tap Settings
- Tap TeamSnap calendar in the list
- Hint: If you do not see the TeamSnap calendar in the list, tap Show More to expand to see your full list view
- Tap Sync to switch on
iOS mobile app (native calendar app)
- Open the TeamSnap app
- Tap your team name in the team list
- Tap the Schedule tab
- Tap the share icon at the top-left of the screen
- Tap Subscribe
- Tap Done
Google calendar app for iOS
To subscribe using the Google Calendar app for iOS, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar from the web interface by following the steps outlined in the Google Calendar section above. Since subscribed internet calendars are shared calendars that you don’t have administrative control over, they need to be selected individually to sync because the default setting is “Off” on the Google Calendar App for iOS. This means that when a new calendar is added, you will have to go back to sync each time by following the steps below:
- Make sure you are signed into your Google account from a web browser
- Go to www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect
- On this page you will see a list of all your calendars. Next to each calendar name is a check box.
- Tick the check boxes of the calendars you want to sync with the iPhone or iPad
- Click Save
- Open the Calendars app on your iPhone or iPad and wait for it to sync

Outlook 2003
Listen. I'm not going to question (out loud) your use of an email program that has 2003 in its name (psst Microsoft ended support for it in 2014 - that was over 9 years ago) but here's the deal: Outlook 2003 does not properly support the iCalendar format for subscribing to schedules in TeamSnap. We recommend upgrading to a version that fully supports the iCalendar format. If you are a die-hard Outlook 2003 user, you can check out this plug-in which should help you out: http://remotecalendars.sourceforge.net/
Here’s a link to a screencast that shows how the plug-in works: http://remotecalendars.sourceforge.net/sub.htm
We recommend using Apple iCal, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or any modern iCal-compatible calendar, but we're not going to judge you if you decide against it. We just can't guarantee that our schedule subscriptions will work with Outlook 2003, and unfortunately, we won't be able to do much to help if it doesn't.
