Recipients Not Receiving Registration Emails
Emails sent out by a League Owner/Commissioner may be blocked if the commissioner's login email address provider is one of the following:
These emails are unauthenticated and not accepted due to the domain's DMARC Policy. Most emails will not reach the recipient's inbox.
Resolution: you can update the username/email address you use to log into your account to an email provider that is not listed above and resend the emails. Please use this guide to Update Your TeamSnap Settings.
Note: This only affects emails sent out from the Registration tab. This does not affect emails sent out under the Messages tab.
