Website builder customers have access to our expert support team along with optional design maintenance packages for questions that fall outside the support services listed below. This guide will be a resource for you to determine the best route to take for the questions you have.

Any requests to support outside of the above will be handled on a case by case basis by either being logged as a feature request or forwarded to your Customer Success Manager to discuss maintenance packages available to get your desired results.
Design Maintenance Packages:
Packages can be added to your account by your Customer Success Manager. These cover web design questions on topics beyond our basic support such as:
- Custom CSS
- Custom HTML
- Custom design work
Note: All design maintenance packages are in addition to the annual website subscription fee and and initial one-time design packages. For questions or pricing around smaller maintenance projects and per-hour consultation, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
