Support Services

Support requests that do not pertain to the above categories will be handled on a case-by-case basis by either being logged as a feature request or forwarded to your Customer Success Manager to discuss maintenance packages available to get your desired results. 

Design Maintenance Packages:

Attention: All design maintenance packages are add-ons to the annual website subscription fee and initial one-time design packages. For questions or pricing around smaller maintenance projects and per-hour consultation, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.

Packages can be added to your account by your Customer Success Manager. These cover web design questions on topics beyond our basic support such as: 

  • Custom CSS 
  • Custom HTML
  • Custom design work
