Wrong Roster or Chat Name Displayed

If you are running into any issues, the first thing you can do is double check that the device you are attempting to access TeamSnap on meets our system requirements.

Wrong Roster or Chat Name Displayed

This is caused by the incorrect name being entered into the Account name fields.

Solution

To correct the displayed name, the name on the TeamSnap account should be updated.

  1. Log into teamsnap.com via a web browser.
  2. Hover over the Account button in the top right of your screen.
  3. Click My Account in the drop-down.
  4. Click the Profile subtab.
  5. Update the name fields as needed.
  6. Click Save when finished.

What's Next
