Recording cash registration payments in TeamSnap for Business

Cash payments can easily be recorded within your organization's TeamSnap account.

Attention: The steps in this article apply to TeamSnap for Business accounts upgraded to the latest version of registration identified by the lefthand navigation and streamlined wizard experience.

  1. Log in to organization.teamsnap.com.
  2. Navigate to the organization (if you have more than one) where you'd like to record payment.
  3. Click on the Registration tab.

  4. Click on the form name for the payment.
  5. Select the checkbox next to the name of the registrant who submitted the cash payment.
  6. Click on Record Payment.

  7. Enter the payment amount.
  8. Optional: Edit the payment notes.
  9. Click Record offline payment.
