Recording cash registration payments in TeamSnap for Business
Cash payments can easily be recorded within your organization's TeamSnap account.
Attention: The steps in this article apply to TeamSnap for Business accounts upgraded to the latest version of registration identified by the lefthand navigation and streamlined wizard experience.
- Log in to organization.teamsnap.com.
- Navigate to the organization (if you have more than one) where you'd like to record payment.
Click on the Registration tab.
- Click on the form name for the payment.
- Select the checkbox next to the name of the registrant who submitted the cash payment.
Click on Record Payment.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Optional: Edit the payment notes.
Click Record offline payment.
