Participant Registration Updates

Change requests to a completed registration will need to go directly to your registrar organization and not to TeamSnap support. Please contact your organization directly for assistance. If you need help locating your organization's contact information, send our support team a note and we'll help put you in touch with them. 

Registration or Invoice Refunds

Refund requests should be submitted directly to your registrar organization. They will be able to process any approved refunds and/or remove roster profiles, etc. TeamSnap does not hold funds collected by your sports organization and we are thereby unable to submit registration or invoice refunds.
