Team Payment Tab Management for Sports Organizations

Sports organization administrators can manage the tab visibility for teams within the organization under the Settings tab. 

If your organization is on League Controlled settings, any edits to the organization Settings will apply to all teams. If your organization is on Team Controlled settings, any tab and payment preferences will apply as the default for new teams, but will not update existing team tabs.

If the settings are set to be League Controlled, only sports organization administrators (organization owners and commissioners) will have the ability to manage whether the Payments feature is enabled/disabled for all teams within the organization. If enabled, the Payments feature will be available to all teams in the mobile app, and any teams still using Classic Payments will have the ability to access and manage the Classic Payments tab within their team site. If turned Off, neither Classic Payments or Payments will be visible for your organization's teams. 
Attention: The only way to stop team members from paying existing team invoices is to cancel those invoices. Even if the payments tabs are hidden on web and mobile, team members can pay via the email they received when those invoices were created. To completely disable active team payments tools, an organization should cancel all team invoices, and then turn the payments settings off while under League Controlled settings.
When the Payments tab settings are ON, teams will have the  Payments feature enabled in their mobile apps, and your team administrators still using  Classic Payments will have the ability to  manage whether the Classic Payments tab within the team site is enabled or not.
