Club & League commissioners and organization owners can export their Registration Credits history under the Registration tab.

- Click the Registration tab
- Click the Export Credits button.
Common Questions
What is Included in the Credits Export?
The Credits Export includes the following columns of information:
- User Credit Account ID: This can be used to identify the registrant account on the export, even if the registrant changes their name. This ID will be listed by every credit that a user account is issued or redeems.
- Registrant Name
- Registrant Email
- Participant Name(s)
- Credit Action (issued vs. redeemed)
- Amount
- Division Name (Season): This is the name of the organization. For example: "Northwest Soccer League." It doesn't indicate fee selections or division placements.
- Registration Form Name
- Registration ID
- Registration Entry URL: This hyperlink leads directly to the registration entry edit options where a Commissioner can issue credits or view the registrant payment method.
- Date and Time
- Transaction ID
What Happens to the Credits Export When I Archive
The Credits Export spans all organization seasons and is not impacted by archiving.
