Tournaments Payment Management

As a Tournaments admin, you have a few options for managing your registration payments.

The Tournaments Dashboard Tab

Your https://tournaments.teamsnap.com/ Dashboard tab includes a list of all registration orders and columns for Order #, Date, Registrant, Checkout Type, Paid (Y/N), Order Total, Paid (Amount), and Balance. 

If you select an Order # from that list, you can access options to Print or Email Receipts for any order that has been paid in full online. If the order is still owing, you will also see an option to Apply Payment.

The Organization Stripe Account

All online payments are processed through the tournament's Stripe Account.  You can use your Stripe account to issue online refunds and access Stripe's financials reporting options.
