Find a TeamSnap Invitation

Team and organization administrators use email invitations to give roster members access to their TeamSnap teams. If you haven’t received or can’t find your invite, you can search for open invitations linked to your email address.

How to Search for Invitations

Use our invitation search tool to check for any outstanding invites sent to your email.

  • If an invitation is found, we’ll send you a summary of all active invites connected to your email address.
  • If no invitations are found, we recommend reaching out to your team or organization admin to confirm they sent the invite.

Why You Might Not See an Invite

Here are some common reasons an invitation might not appear:

  • The administrator hasn’t sent the invitation yet.
  • The invite was sent to a different or incorrect email address.
  • Another contact (such as a co-parent or guardian) accepted the invitation first. In this case, your email will need to be added as a contact to the roster profile to receive a separate invite.
  • You’re being invited as a contact, but the primary player or parent hasn’t accepted their invite yet.
  • You already have a TeamSnap account, and the system automatically matched and accepted your invite. Try logging in—your team may already be visible!
  • The email went to your spam or junk folder. We know you've probably checked, but it’s worth a second look!

Note: Team privacy is important to us at TeamSnap, so access to teams can only be granted by your team or organization administrator.
