Find a TeamSnap Invitation

Team and organization administrators can send out email invitations to join and access TeamSnap for their roster members. If you aren't able to locate your email invitation, you can search for open invitations that have been sent to your email address.

  • If an invitation result is returned, click Resend Invitation to have the system send your email invitation again.
  • If no results are returned, please contact your team or organization admin to check on the status.
    • Some common reasons you may not have open invite results:
      • The administrator has not sent out invitations yet.
      • The email on record for the invite is incorrect.
      • Multiple emails are listed for the main roster profile and one of the other emails accepted the invite first. In this case, you will need to have your email added as a contact for the profile in order to have an invite sent.
      • You are being invited as a contact for a player who has not accepted their invitation yet.
      • You already have a TeamSnap account and our system was able to match your email invite to your account and automatically accept your invite. In this case, you should be able to log into your account and see your team!
      • The email invite went to the SPAM folder, which you've probably already checked, but we've gotta say it just in case!

Note: Team privacy is important to us at TeamSnap, so access to teams can only be granted by your team or organization administrator.
