Manage Team Games and Events

You've got your team, you've got your players, now you need to let everyone know where and when to practice and play! 

Learn more about the Schedule:

Add Game or Event (Web)

  1. Click the Schedule tab
  2. Click New
  3. Click New Game or New Event
    1. Please make sure you are selecting the appropriate event type - games cannot be converted to events and vice versa
    2. Learn more about creating a recurring event
  4. Enter event details
  5. Click Save

Add Game or Event (Mobile)

  1. Enter your team with your profile that has manager access (Not sure how to toggle you can learn more here
  2. Tab the Schedule tab
  3. Tap the plus symbol and choose either to add a new game or a new event. 
  4. Enter event/game details
  5. Optional: Select the checkbox (Android) or toggle on (iOS) the option to Notify your team and send an email and push notification (if enabled on the mobile app) with the new event or game information.
  6. Tap Save 

Note: you can also create assignments here if you wish to. (Premium plan and Ultra plan customers only)


Edit a Game or Event (Web)

  1. Click the Schedule tab
  2. Click the Edit button next to the game or event you would like to edit
  3. Update event details
  4. Click Save

Edit a Game or Event (Mobile)

  1. Tap the Schedule tab
  2. Tap the event/game you wish to edit.
  3. For Android tap the 3 dots in the upper right and choose Edit. For iOS users tap the edit option
  4. Update event details. 
  5. Optional: Select the checkbox (Android) or toggle on the option (iOS) to send an email and push notification (if enabled on the mobile app) with the updated event information.
  6. Click Save

Cancel a Game or Event (Web)

  1. Click the Schedule tab
  2. Click the Edit button next to the game or event you would like to edit
  3. Select the Show this event as canceled on the schedule checkbox
    1. Optional: Add reason or alternate plans to the Notes section
  4. Optional: Select the checkbox to Notify your team and send an email and push notification (if enabled on the mobile app) with the cancellation
  5. Click Save

Cancel a Game or Event (Mobile)

  1. Tap the Schedule tab
  2. Tap the event/game you wish to edit.
  3. For Android tap the 3 dots in the upper right and choose Edit. For iOS users tap the edit option
  4. Toggle the canceled option on.
  5. Optional: Select the checkbox to Notify your team and send an email and push notification (if enabled on the mobile app) with the cancellation
  6. Click Save

Delete a Game or Event (Web)

  1. Click the Schedule tab
  2. Click the Delete button next to the game or event you would like to remove
  3. Optional: Select the NOTIFY THE TEAM? checkbox
  4. Click Delete to confirm
    1. Game and event deletions are permanent and irreversible

Delete a Game or Event (Mobile)

  1. Tap the Schedule tab
  2. Tap the event/game you wish to Delete.
  3. For Android tap the 3 dots in the upper right and choose Delete. For iOS users tap the edit option and scroll down until you see the Delete button at the bottom of your
  4. Confirm you wish to delete the event/game and then it will be deleted.
